Wishing good morning is not sufficient to make a new day really good. But few things can give you a really fit and a happy morning and can help you to start a new day in a smart way. So, here are certain good morning tips for a fantastic day ahead:

When you get up in the morning, give the first thought to the most pleasing thing of the day and believe me this really works, the smile that thought leaves on your face will remain till the end of the day.


Keep Away the Negative Contemplations

It is very important that you keep negative thoughts, things and vibes away from you especially in the morning. Think positive and remain optimistic and this will help you to remain happy and hopeful the complete day.

Wake Up At the Same Time Everyday

You feel happy and relaxed if you wake up yourself in the morning rather than depending on your alarm clock and making it a forceful morning. Develop the habit to go to bed & Wake up at the same time everyday and you will be amazed to see the change, it will become easier to face the morning and your body will thank you for that.

Breakfast is known as ‘the most important meal of the day’, make sure that have plenty of proteins and fruits in your breakfast and not just caffeine and empty calories. These things make you less resilient, both physically and mentally. Any work out of your choice only for 5 min will keep you active the whole day. The blood flow and the metabolism work well just with a five minute workout. I like to skip rope, choose what you like.

  2. Nice tips I did not know a 5 minute work out could do so much...I always assumed a 20 minute or more work out boosts metabalism. Im sure it does as well but 5 minutes is just enough to shake the sleepiness off lol. Great article!
